These are sooo good! I make them and freeze them. They are so gooey and good and amazing! From Raw Food Made Easy by Jennifer Cornbleet1.5 cups of walnuts10 pitted medjool dates1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder or carob powder1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)2 tsp water (optional, if needed or wanted makes them more moist, but I don't think they need it.)chop 1/4 nuts and set asidepuree remaining walnuts add dates and chop until it forms a balladd cocoa powder and vanilla add water, if usingtransfer to bowl, add remaining walnutsyou can then place this is a square pan, roll into balls for bite sized treats, or put them in fudge forms. You have to cool for them to keep shape from the fudge forms. This is honestly my favorite chocolate recipe. Raw deserts are amazing.
