Your Best Vegetarian/Vegan Recipe

Looking for some new ideas.
I made scrambled tofu last night.  Super easy.

1/2 package of soft tofu
chili flakes
garlic powder
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Leave me some of your favourite vegetarian/vegan recipes

  1. These are sooo good! I make them and freeze them. They are so gooey and good and amazing!

From Raw Food Made Easy by Jennifer Cornbleet
    1.5 cups of walnuts
    10 pitted medjool dates
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder or carob powder
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
2 tsp water (optional, if needed or wanted makes them more moist, but I don't think they need it.)

chop 1/4 nuts and set aside
    puree remaining walnuts
add dates and chop until it forms a ball
    add cocoa powder and vanilla
    add water, if using
transfer to bowl, add remaining walnuts

you can then place this is a square pan, roll into balls for bite sized treats, or put them in fudge forms. You have to cool for them to keep shape from the fudge forms.

This is honestly my favorite chocolate recipe. Raw deserts are amazing. People who aren't health foodies like these!

Followed you over from our etiquette discussion on Sits!

  2. Lovely! Where would I find a fudge form? We don't have any kind of kitchen store here.
